With his 1964 film ''A Fistful of Dollars,'' the Italian director Sergio Leone invented the Spaghetti Western. After its American release, the film made an international star of Clint Eastwood, who played the anti-hero bounty hunter ‘The Man With No Name’ which became one of the greatest movie characters of all time. The original release, ''Per un Pugno di Dollari,'' with the dialogue in Italian (dubbed, in Mr. Eastwood's case) had a colourful action-packed theatrical poster with oddly Anglicised credits.
